Chicken Teriyaki
Teriyaki chicken

Ingredients
Sauce
- 2.5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- .5 tea spoon. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of water MY innovation
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tea spoon of garlic minced
- 1 tea spoon of corn starch Verify if sufficient
Other
chicken .5 pound or 250 gms , steamed broccoli and rice
Instructions
- Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar WINE not vinegar , sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth. **DILUTE SAUCE ** for simmering
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken to skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and almost cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Pour sauce over chicken and simmer MEDIUM LOW until sauce has thickened slightly and chicken is cooked through. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve over rice with broccoli.
Special notes
- stir fry broccoli seperately
- Most stir fries are the same with adding oyster sauce as an additional
- 1:1 ratio between acid (vinegar) and sugar.
- Wine could be used for degalzing .
