Pasta marinara

Ingredients

Try once with parsley as main ingredient and oregeano as one.

  1. 4 cups of pasta
  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 1 (14-ounce) can plum tomatoes, blended
  4. 2 tbsp parsley chopped or dried
  5. .5 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a medium-size saucepan. Add the garlic and saute until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil.

  2. Lower the heat. Add the basil, parsley, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, if using, and season with salt. Let simmer 20 minutes.

  3. Serve the sauce immediately over your favorite pasta.

** No meat, try adding some when simmering

  1. 250 gm of pasta, Salt water (must be sea level salty), stir 2 to 3 times , Save starchy water.
