Pasta marinara
Ingredients
Try once with parsley as main ingredient and oregeano as one.
- 4 cups of pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14-ounce) can plum tomatoes, blended
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped or dried
- .5 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions

Heat the oil in a medium-size saucepan. Add the garlic and saute until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Lower the heat. Add the basil, parsley, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, if using, and season with salt. Let simmer 20 minutes.

Serve the sauce immediately over your favorite pasta.
** No meat, try adding some when simmering
- 250 gm of pasta, Salt water (must be sea level salty), stir 2 to 3 times , Save starchy water.
